Racing Rivets

In racing, there are certain items that we use all of the time. In dirt track, racing rivets are one of these items. Racing rivets are an item that is used, destroyed, and replaced on a weekly basis. They are considered a dispoable item that is treated like gas or tires.  Because of this, it is important to spend as little on racing rivets as possible but keep the quality high enough to properly perform the job at hand.

RMB Racing stands behind the Racin Rivets brand. They offer a full line of all styles of racing rivets, but our favorite is the 3/16" aluminum with a steel nail. These racing rivets are very inexpensive, yet have found amazing holding strength.

While some prefer the exploding racing rivets, we believe they are nice but we have not found an advantage in using them. At a cost difference of over $20.00, there would have to be a large advantage in order to offset the additional cost.  When it comes to the customer,  we will use whatever racing rivets they request for their car.  But on RMB Racing's cars, we use Racin Rivets and have great success with them.
