RMB Racing Inc. began approximately fifteen years ago when Rick and Brent began racing R/C cars. The team name of RMB Racing was coined many years later when the transition was made to racing go-karts. RMB Racing officially opened its doors for the first time in June of 2006. In spite of having little business knowledge and race season already underway, Rick and Brent started the up hill battle.

      The founders, Ricky Moye and Brent Moye, have a rich history. Ricky Moye spent two years in training as a welder and achieved West Virginia and National certification. He began his welding career on aircraft exhausts. After looking for a change in scenery, he began working as a technician for the next nine years, before going back to welding and using his skills on chassis. Brent spent two and a half years between Concord University and West Virginia University before deciding to follow his true dream-Racing. He then transferred to the University of Northwestern Ohio where he earned his degree in High Performance Technology and graduated with highest honors.

      RMB Racing is not just about these two men; it is a family business with everyone from parents to wives participating in the daily activities of the business. While RMB Racing Inc. is still young, we desire it to always remain a family based and family oriented business focused on serving customers with the best service possible no matter what size we achieve. While Ricky still prefers to be in the shop doing fabrication and welding, his wife, Becky, is involved with activities at the track and in the shop. Brent is primarily involved with chassis designs and working on suspension components like shocks, while his wife, Amanda, is either found in the office keeping the books straight or in the shop cutting graphics. You will always find RMB Racing Inc. working hard in and out of the shop to ensure they are providing the most up-to-date and technologically advanced parts and services available for their customers.
