Price/Terms Policy

 Due to the ntaure of racing and current flucutation in our economy prices are subject to change without notice. This is especially true for VP Racing Fuel. We recommend that you contact us before ordering any fuel on the website. All Sales are Prepaid buy major credit card or cash before shipment is allowed. If you need a different service such as Paypal we can make arrangements with on an individual basis in advance. NO CHECKS are accepted without a 5 day period to allow it to clear the bank. We appologize for any inconvience this may cause.

Return Policy

At some point, you may have merchandise that needs to be returned. It may be an item that you do not need, or is not correct for your application. In any event, you want to return the merchandise for credit. To make sure that the item(s) get quickly processed and credited, please follow these simple steps. We will be happy to make sure your returns are properly credited.

1. Call our sales department at (304) 573-8836 and talk to one of our sales representatives. Request an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number for the merchandise you wish to return. All merchandise to be returned must be accompanied by an RGA number and be in its original packaging. The product must be unused, unaltered and unchanged from its original state. Any merchandise returned that does not meet this criteria may be subjected to an additional handling fee or refusal.
2. Pack the parts carefully to avoid any damage during shipping. Always use a sturdy shipping carton to ship the parts back. Print your RGA number on the outside of the shipping carton. Please do not write on, use tape, or affix shipping labels to the product package itself, because we must return it to stock and we can't sell a box that is defaced.

3. We need the invoice number or, better yet, a copy of the original invoice showing when the part was purchased. Please include this information with the merchandise you're returning. Returns will be assessed up to 20% processing fee per RGA number. We're sorry, but we can not accept returns on special order and/or non-stocking items. Returns

    

Shipping Policy

 RMB Racing Inc. offers customers several shipping options. To find the estimated delivery time of a package, use one of the Scheduled Delivery Days Maps below. Based on your geographic location within the continental United States, ground packages shipped DHL will be routed to provide the most efficient time in transit. Please refer to the DHL map on the left and the UPS map on the right, as they represent the routing that will be selected for your shipment(s). Any Tire, Fuel or Part in need of a freight carrier will have a different delivery time. Please contacts us with any questions

For an additional cost we can send your order by DHL/NEXT DAY, or DHL/2ND DAY, UPS or Federal Express 1, 2 and 3 Service and Truck.               

Special Order Policy

All special orders are subject to freight and handling charges from the manufacturer. We do not however have an additional charge for drop shipping any of these items. No returns accepted on special order parts.Special order Parts are those that neither  ourselves nor our distributors regularly keep in stock. We will contact you before any special order is processed to ensure your wishes. This may cause a delay in your shipment .

RMB Racing Inc. respects the rights of our customer's and becuase of this we assure you that none of the information given to us would be given or sold to any thrid party for any purpose. RMB Racing Inc may send you catalogs, sales flyers or e-mail reminders but at any time you may contact us in writing to stop this service. As this is a service offered by RMB Racing Inc. for the convience of our customers. If at anytime you have any questions or concerns please contact us immediately.

Warranty

Warranty claims must be made before the parts are installed. Due to the nature of their use, racing parts are not covered by warranty once they have been used. When it has been determined the part is defective we will either replace it or send you a refund. No refunds will be given on shipping charges. If a warranty is in place through the manufacture of a part, RMB Racing Inc. will attempt to contact the manufacture on the customer's behalf but we will not warranty the part, only the manufacture can warranty the part.
